Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products and to ensure customer safety:
1. Returns
Return requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided that:
- The product is unopened
- Not used
- In its original packaging
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for health reasons.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted in case of:
- Breakage
- Leakage
- Clear manufacturing defect
- You must notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product.
- In such cases, Ruby Claire will cover all shipping and exchange costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
